1. Equipment Description The balancing machine is an automatic balancing machine developed for the client’s hydraulic torque converter assembly, and the balancing correction method is inclined milling and de-weighting. This product belongs to Zero Dynamic’s DLX series balancing machine, which is suitable for single-plane vertical balancing measurement and correction of automobile clutch pressure plate, belt pulley, flywheel, water pump impeller, brake disk, differential case, output gear, etc. The balancing correction methods can be vertical drilling, horizontal drilling and horizontal milling. The balance measuring mechanism of the balacing machine adopts internal rising pneumatic elastic fixture to tighten the workpiece, and the taper fit is adopted between the elastic sleeve and the mandrel, which has the advantages of simple structure, high centering precision, reliable clamping, etc. The milling correction mechanism consists of an inclined automatic tool feed mechanism and a circular arc rotating mechanism. The dynamic balance test software analyzes the unbalance value and angle of the rotor into correction data, and the PLC controls the milling mechanism to make automatic correction of the workpiece. The PLC controls the milling mechanism to correct the workpiece automatically. The inclined automatic feeder controls the milling depth and the three-jaw chuck controls the milling angle during correction. |
