1. Equipment Description
1.1 The equipment is an automatic single plane balancing machine designed for disc products, with the functions of automatic balance measurement, automatic correction by milling or drilling. All the balance work is carried out from balance measurement, angle positioning, correction by remove material and retest. QR code can also be marked after checking eligible after balance by laser marking machine (optional) which will automatically engrave the QR code for the products after generation. The equipment has the features of short production cycle time and high efficiency. It can also be linked to the production line to accomplish automated production line and it can collect, output and display the data generated during the whole process.
1.2 The main functions of the software include balance test system, saving and printing of balance data, data statistic after eligibility determination. The equipment uses high sensitive sensor with good linearity and has reasonable structure design, integrated functions of measurement, calculation, control, balance test and automatic correction. It also support laser correction & marking system and MES data uploading system etc. Special functions can be customized for special products (note: all the above functions are selected and configured according to different types of products, not all the functions are reserved).
1.3 Continuous arc high-speed dry milling is adopted, full automatic, no manual intervention required.
2. Equipment Features
2.1 Windows in Simplified Chinese/English, simple and easy to learn.
2.2 Automatic data saving and can be automatic uploading to the MES system, printing and other functions. MES interface is TCP/IP
2.3 When the balancing software detects that the workpiece needs balance correction, the software will indicate the unbalance value and angle. After balance correction, the qualified value will automatic replace the unbalance value before balance correction.
2.4 The software has the function of manual interruption of the data record and the function of renewal of the flowing number break.
2.5 Balancing machine software has the function of deleting data records.
2.6 Self-made precision internal rising spindle, with advantages of accurate positioning and high repeatability
2.7 Software with storage function. Daily production data can be saved and exported and saved as excel format.
